What is Arshavin’s best position? Vote Here

April 22, 2009

Okay quick apology, this blog is meant to be an Arsenal blog, not an Arshavin blog. The next post will definitely not be about the Russian. Well maybe a little depends really.

Moving on to today’s post, Wenger said Arshavin could play any attacking position. I want to know from you Gooners out there what is his best position. So please vote and please feel free to have your say!

Striker for me, that way we can play Nasri, Walcott and Cesc.

I would play him on the left simply because he likes to drift in from there. Otherwise I’d play him on the right.

    nahh!
he's definitely a supporting striker, because he can have space to pick up the ball, as well as keeping the defenders alert in the middle, even used as a "distraction"!
Or he can always drift left, and center, creating space. But deff not in right wing, Theo is too awesome to move right now. The problem is Nasri, he's great but plays the same position… :S
Although it's better to have too many players!! I miss Rosicky<3

He certainly does plays best as a supporting striker Ally. However at Arsenal he has to play on the wings (mostly on the left) because we have Fabregas. Did you watch the game yesterday? As soon as Fab was subbed, AA went to the middle and played a Cesc game, pinging long balls to Ade.
I certainly miss Rosicky also, it has been so long since he last played I’ve forgotten what hhe plays like. Will be writing a post about the Czech mozart so watch this space :)
